Menu Plan Monday



Wahoo - it's another week! This has been a busy weekend, as a couple of my best girlfriends came down. We made homemade spaghetti, PW's cheesy olive bread and awesome breakfast casserole, and I have officially consumed all my fat grams for the next two to two and a half weeks, LOL. So this week it's back to steady workouts, with a few old standby meals planned as well as a couple freezer pleasers.

Here's the plan:

Sunday: Cajun meatloaf, garlic mashed potatoes, sauteed green beans

Monday: Turkey fajitas, baby lima beans

Tuesday: Provencal pork stew, garlic toast

Wednesday: Chicken broccoli braid

Thursday: Spaghetti, cheesy olive bread (I'll have to work out twice Thursday to make up for that one!), broccoli

Friday: Possibly out - have a coupon we need to use

Saturday: Try something new - will post it!

Chicken broccoli braid...yum!

We have been so lucky that friends have been bringing us complete meals for a week. Tonight we're working on homemade Manicotti and tomorrow is grilled chicken with roasted potatoes, carrots & broccoli. Yum!
